Nu-Trac Time and Attendance is a universal tool for managing the location and activities of any kind of remote work, ranging from maintenance teams, to mechanics or even remote office workers.


Its simple app-based system allows workers to log in and record their current activity on their phone. At regular intervals, the app will capture and transmit information regarding the worker's current location and activity. If the worker changes activity it records this information and if the worker logs out the app sends one final data package before shutting down.


This data capture means that an administrator can view all the currently active users, their task and location from a central dashboard. This facilitates the administrator running reports on time, activities and location, therefore allowing Time and Attendance to be used to collate and export time sheets for payroll purposes.

Surveys

The Nu-Trac system allows you to conduct detailed digital surveys without a big paper trail. It gives you the ability to add a plan or use Google Maps integration to geotag locations of interest. You can add photos and descriptions of the required works and even select appropriate solutions from your digital product list.


Once the survey is completed, it is digitally submitted to a central dashboard. If the surveyor is outside of signal range, the survey is stored locally on the device until they come back online, ensuring no loss of data.


Quotes

You can compare completed surveys and required works against in-built product lists to automatically generate a quote for your client within the Nu-Trac system. This generated quote contains all the areas of repair, products to be used and a final price for the works.


The quote can then be outputted from the system as a PDF, or sent directly to the client email address listed on the system. Should the quote be accepted, you can select this option on the system and it will pass it to the next phase.


Jobs

Once your client has accepted the quotation, a job sheet is automatically generated which can be passed onto your teams on the ground. This sheet details the required works and a manifest of resources required for the works based on the products included in the job description. When the team are on site they will have to provide before and after photos of all the items on the job sheet to evidence their work to both the HQ and the client.


Once operations have been completed, the finished sheet is automatically submitted to the central dashboard and from there can be sent to the client.


Manage Users, Customers and Products

Nu-Trac allows full customisation of your users completely in house, so you have direct control over who in the organisation is given access to the system and at what level.


It also allows you to add customers and products to the system in order to speed up the quotation and job process, which can deliver  significant time savings and efficiencies to your organisation.
